Mitchell Locking Tool

The Mitchell Locking Tool is the crown wrench for the Mitchell nut on a remote head. Teeth around the rim engage the crown, and four hardened steel pins screw into threaded seats between them.

In the middle sits a hexagon with a hole through it: a spanner on the flats, a bar through the hole for the last bit of torque. If the nut sits deeper than the tool can reach, the Mitchell Castlenut Spanner goes over the same four pins and lends its handle. Machined from high-grade aluminium and hard-anodized in Germany by Grip Factory Munich.
