GFM top mount
The GFM top mounting system takes all existing GFM inserts.
Ultra-light carbon power for every production.
A 16 kg carbon column that lifts 32 kg through 780 mm of travel in about 1.5 seconds. Overslung or underslung, it works on film sets, in broadcast studios and on live stages.

Carbon fiber is a first for GFM. It brings the column to 16 kg, light enough for one grip to carry and stiff enough for a 32 kg remote head. The 48 V drive is quiet under way, and the 240 mm column takes up little floor on a crowded set.
The column stays. The rig changes — overslung or underslung, on the gear you already own.

From 680 mm to 1460 mm, full travel takes around 1.5 seconds — quick enough to use the lift as a move instead of a preset.

The alternative Quick Lock Plate takes the common remote heads — FOMA, Shotover, ARRI, Mōvi, Ronin and more.

The base panel follows GFM’s user experience philosophy: emergency off, power and control connections sit exactly where you reach for them.

The modern, tiltable HCU sets height limits, column speed and ramps — the display folds up to meet the operator’s eye line. A foot pedal is also available.
