Modulus-X® is a modular aluminium truss system, designed and machined in Canada by people who rig on set themselves. We call it the highest-quality modular truss on the market, and we say that as its exclusive distributor everywhere outside North America.
Two profiles share one logic: every face of every component carries the same machined bolt pattern. Cubes and spans bolt into camera cars, crane and dolly platforms, flying frames and complete temporary structures, and come apart just as fast.
Configurable, relocatable truss structures, built for high load ratings at low weight and designed by the people who rig with it on set.
The whole system is two kinds of parts. Spans run from a 6-inch cube to 10-foot lengths; Mx|99| adds 9-inch and 18-inch steps. Every face carries the same bolt pattern with connection points every 3 inches, so any part bolts to any other. There is no special piece to wait for.
Connections close with a two-part flange bolt assembly: one wrench, no steel couplers, no loose hardware. Inset end caps and precision-machined holes carry the load through the profile itself, which is why the system gets by with minimal welding.
The off-axis pattern is what sets the geometry free: Mx|66| connects every 45 degrees, Mx|99| every 22.5. Angles, offsets and rotated joints come out of the standard parts instead of custom steel.
Every component ships as raw aluminium or with Hart-Coat®, a surface-hardened anodising for parts that live on trucks, in rain and in salt air. Black Hart-Coat® is available on request for both series.
Mx|66| is the working profile for camera rigs, track support and vehicle mounts. Mx|99| carries the big spans: frames, platforms and structures. Both interconnect.

Around the truss we machine our own line in Munich: Euro and Mitchell adapters, levelling heads, scaffold and speedrail clamps, sliding cages, rotary adapters. Every part is built on the Modulus-X® bolt pattern — 40 products and counting.
Both series sell as single components and as complete packages. These two are the ones we quote most.
